On June 3, we will be taking part in The Digital Orientalist’s 2023 online conference on “Sustainability in the Digital Humanities”. Daniel Wojahn and Rachael Griffiths will be presenting on “Balancing Innovation and Preservation: Sustainability in the Oral History of Tibetan Studies Project,” reflecting on questions, challenges, and opportunities linked with longevity, accessibility, and usability. They will explore OHTS’ approach to these topics using examples from the project’s workflow and future development.
We are looking forward to sharing our experiences and learning from others working in digital humanities projects! A schedule and list of abstracts can be found here. The conference will be taking place on Zoom, register here.
